Amy Ashby, Instructor

Amy Ashby has worked in Naples selling real estate for VIP Realty for more than 17 years.  She graduated from Purdue and worked as a realtor in West Lafayette, Indiana before moving to Naples.

Amy loves Naples and thinks it is the best place in the world to live.  She is a top selling agent in Naples, and a valuable component in the training of agents at VIP Realty. 

Amy is a Broker Associate and Licensed Real Estate Instructor.

Jerry Breshin, Instructor 

Jerry Breshin entered the field of real estate in 2006 after working previously as a university professor of marketing.  He is a Broker Associate and when not assisting clients from Marco Island to Ft. Myers, he enjoys teaching people how to become a Realtor, as he also owns the title of licensed real estate instructor. 

When enjoying some free time, Jerry can be found on a local tennis court or golf course.

Jerry is a Broker Associate and Licensed Real Estate Instructor.
