Matt Hudson, GRI
Instructor
Matt is a licensed Real Estate Instructor, Broker
Associate and a manger for VIP Realty Group in Naples, Florida. Matt has
earned the NAR "At Home with Diversity" designation as well
as GRI designation. Matt is a member of the Graduate of REALTOR
Institute (GRI) Faculty and teaches across the state of Florida. Matt is
heavily involved in the local board of REALTORS and is currently Board
Treasurer and Chairman of the Government Issues Committee. Matt serves
as a director of the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR). He serves as
chairman of the FAR Smart Growth Committee. Matt serves as FAR
legislative Key-Contact with two of Florida's State Representatives.
Matt was recently re-elected to serve his second 4-year
term as Fire Commissioner for seat 1 of the Golden Gate Fire Commission.
In that capacity he oversees the fire protection needs of over 81,000
Collier County residents in an area covering more than 200 square miles.
He has served on a number of volunteer county advisory boards including
the Productivity Committee, Revenue Committee, Land Trust Committee and
the Golden Gate Master Plan Re-study Committee.
Matt is the current President of the Collier Rotary
Club of Naples. The club has taken an active role in scholarship and
literacy programs in our school. The club lives by the motto 'Service
Above Self'.
Matt's unique hobby is as a baseball/softball umpire.
He has umpired more than 1000 volunteer games as a little league umpire.
He was honored to umpire the 2005 Little League Softball World Series.
He has also worked professionally for the Boston Red Sox, Minnesota
Twins and Cincinnati Reds.
Matt has lived in Southwest Florida for 30 years and in
Naples for 17 of those years. Matt is married to his wife Susan and they
enjoy 5 children between the ages of 14 and 22.
Amy Reinholdt, GRI, ABR
Instructor
Amy Reinholdt began
her Real Estate career in 2003 after moving to Naples from Chicago in
2002 where she ran a printing and direct mail company. Shortly after
becoming licensed, Amy earned her GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate
Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designations. Amy
became more active as a volunteer at NABOR (Naples Area Board of
Realtors). She soon was following the directions that lead to education,
becoming a permitted instructor.
Amy teaches for the
Naples School of Real Estate in Naples, Florida. She is also an instructor
for ABR and CIPS – Local Markets (Certified International Property
Specialist) classes.
2005 NABOR Rising Star,
2005 Graduate of NABOR Leadership Class, 2007 Naples on the Gulf WCR Chapter
Honor Circle Award, 2007 NABOR Educator of the Year, 2008 FAR Director.
Member of Professional Development Committee for both local and state. 2008
Chair of Membership Committee and Dean of Orientation for NABOR.
