Broker License Course: The real estate brokers licensing course is required to obtain your brokers license. The Naples School of Real Estate 72 Hour Broker Course, teaches real estate law, practices and principles, math and closing statement preparation - the things you need to know before taking the state broker examination. Applicants taking this course must have been actively licensed for 6 months before taking the pre-licensing course and licensed for one year before taking the State Broker’s Exam.

Sales Associate License Course: Designed for the applicant seeking a state license. The materials detail principles and practices of real estate, real estate license law, and real estate mathematics. The easy-to-follow text book is designed to facilitate learning and retention. It is the format preferred and used throughout colleges and universities in Florida.

State Exam Cram Course: An intensive review of materials required for passing the state exam. The course emphasizes test strategy and content. 

45-Hour Sales Associate Post License Course: Required for active or inactive Sales Associates who are renewing their license for the first time. License must be renewed within 18-24 months after passing the state exam. The course must be completed before signing and mailing the state affirmation. Failure to meet the requirements could cause license to be revoked.

Continuing Education: Sales Associates must complete 14 hours of continuing education every two years. Continuing education must be completed before signing the state affirmation. There is no grace period when renewing.

Tuition will be charged at time of registration. In case of cancellation (by Student) tuition is non-refundable but is transferable to another class within one year of original class start date.

Class may be cancelled if a minimum number of students is not reached.

To re-take or review a class in full, a $150 fee will be charged.
